Find something to give your life meaning. For most atheists it is usually the pursuit of knowledge. They tend to want to know reality and live in reality. That allows for other side obsessions.
I would say devote your life to cheesecake. A life with regular cheesecake consumption is a life well-lived.
Family and career can help too. Maybe you want to make some breakthroughs in your chosen field. Or raise children that will be better than you at life.

Maybe not tonight, this week, or even this year, but I know my life will end with suicide. Even when I was younger I knew I would die young. I don’t have a future. It’s stupid to come up with these plans to grow old when I know they won’t happen.
